Welcome!

My name is Beatrice and I am a fitness personal trainer, based in Central, South West and North London. I am a natural sport person as I've been practicing various sports since childhood (skiing, cross country skiing, athletics, windsurfing, sailing, biking, etc) and competing on a national level in 400 meters hurdles. My first coaches have trained elite athletes such as olympians or the '10 and '11 European athletics champions (high jump and Christophe Lemaitre at 100 m.) and won the International Paris marathon.
I genuinely love fitness, sport and people and really care for my clients (see About Me/Testimonies page). I'm also very keen to always keep learning and bring new techniques, drills, ideas and equipment to improve my services and keep them interesting, fun and effective.

I welcome people of all fitness levels, ages (5 to 59+ year old Seniors), cultures and backgrounds (I speak French, Spanish, English & a few words of Arabic) and would love to know more about you!
If you are not reaching your goals, are not sure if your technique is correct, are bored of the same routines, why not starting all over again in a new way with the encouragement and guidance of a fitness professional? (one to one, small group of friends/colleagues to reduce costs or join a fitness class).
I guarantee that  you will not get bored, have a good workout whilst having a good time and the occasional laugh!
My style is fun, varied, creative, inspirational and effective and will get you results, wether we train indoor (your home, a gym, a private studio) or outdoor (park, athletic track, etc).
Some of the equipment and training methods that I use are unique -sometimes more fun and creative yet at least as effective as the traditional ways- and not always famous in the U.K. but considered as some of the best by many reputable fitness professionals, celebrities and users abroad.

ON YOUR WAY TO GET RESULTS:
Whether you are at beginner, intermediate or advanced/competitive level, I will train you according to your level, personality, wants and needs in order to reach your goals*, always striving, with your consent, to take you beyond what you would do on your own, which is what you need to see your body transformed, become healthier and fitter.
I will design a custom-made fitness program and a health and nutrition plan for you and  provide the best training, support, advice and encouragements to help you stay motivated and reach your goals. The latter could take you only 6 weeks, often 3 to 6 months, depending on your goals*, or be maintained as part of a new healthy lifestyle.

WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO GET RESULTS:
Commitment and motivation, following consistently your fitness and nutrition program, training on a regular basis (ideally, at least once a week with your trainer, the rest of the time on your own or with friends) and performing 'quality training', that is to do the right exercises with the best technique and push yourself beyond your comfort zone at each session in order to see progress.
But do not worry, I am here to help and encourage you all the way, starting from today, even if you lack the basics such as motivation to even start exercising!
